GATHER
While she may look small, The Jockey Suite is the perfect size for you & your favorite people to gather together. The living room is very spacious offering a smart TV for you to watch all of your favorite shows on your prefered platform. The yard is big enough for any yard games or for the kids to run!

OUTDOORS
The Jockey Suite is surrounded by several horse farms with the most beautiful horses that run freely every day! Our favorite thing to do is watch the horses gallop through the fields while sitting on the patio. Feel free to walk around, but please stay out of the fenced in areas.
As guests as Jockey Suite you may use the surrounding yard around the home and there is a long gravel road that passes barns to gain access to the home.
We will not be on site, but if you need us, we will be there! We offer 24/7 communication.
The only neighbors you might see are the 4 legged friends that gallop through the field! There is another airbnb on this farm, but you will not share any spaces! We do ask that you respect their privacy!

June 2026What an amazing and unique stay for our family! Fun to be so close to the horses and within the rolling hills of Kentucky. Anne's house was super cute and very clean and she's an amazing host. And oh my goodness the beds were divine! Some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Nice updated kitchen and the decor was adorable and tidy. Only one full bath so we had to rotate when everyone was getting ready but the extra half bath in the main bedroom made it easy. We had fun being greeted by the horses every morning and enjoyed a cozy night around the fire It was a little tricky and expensive to get an uber to and from Lexington in a few peak hours including a late night ride home, but that was expected as we were there for a popular music festival. Closest coffee shop in Versailles was a 15 minute drive but again that is what we expected when we booked it as we knew we were trading a stay in nature vs. close to restaurants/town. We loved it!

December 2025We had such a nice stay at the Jockey house at Sugar Hill Farm. It was a country setting, but not far from the many fantastic things to do in central Kentucky. The house was comfortable & welcoming, & the setting was Heaven! Horse farms on all sides. Every window in the house has a view of horse farms, with horses in all the pastures, running, playing, & grazing. The sunrises & sunsets were breathtaking! Our hosts were very accommodating & responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The Christmas decorations were an extra special touch. On the morning of our departure, the weather was supposed take a turn for the worse, & our hosts made sure to message that we were welcome to stay past checkout time, if the roads were slick & we were unsure about driving on them. Overall, a great stay!
