Lovely secluded home that is a quick 10 minute drive to Versailles. Plenty of space to spread out and beds are super comfortable. Pool is large and plenty of toys available at the house. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away or stay near the bourbon trail.

What an amazing and unique stay for our family! Fun to be so close to the horses and within the rolling hills of Kentucky. Anne's house was super cute and very clean and she's an amazing host. And oh my goodness the beds were divine! Some of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Nice updated kitchen and the decor was adorable and tidy. Only one full bath so we had to rotate when everyone was getting ready but the extra half bath in the main bedroom made it easy. We had fun being greeted by the horses every morning and enjoyed a cozy night around the fire It was a little tricky and expensive to get an uber to and from Lexington in a few peak hours including a late night ride home, but that was expected as we were there for a popular music festival. Closest coffee shop in Versailles was a 15 minute drive but again that is what we expected when we booked it as we knew we were trading a stay in nature vs. close to restaurants/town. We loved it!

The place was amazing! Even better than listed . It was gorgeous inside and out. Made for the most amazing relaxing weekend with close friends!! So many areas to kick up your feet. The pool was perfect, and fire pit was easy! Beds were comfortable! Had everything you could need! So much character! Very cozy! The land around was beautiful. Sitting on the front porch at sunset was perfect! The host was so great! Went over and above to accommodate us. Was very quick to respond and very helpful. Will for sure be staying again!!!

Beautiful house with plenty of room! The kitchen was well equipped and roomy enough for food prep and all our treats. This house has beautiful living space with comfortable seating. A table to share meals and most importantly to play games. :-) The bedrooms were perfect. Good beds and room for our bags etc. Outside, the surroundings are stunning. With comfortable seating outside to enjoy the views. We reserved this house because of the pool. However, it was not ready for guest when we arrived. Disappointing because we had a couple of 90 degree days.

Nice private little cottage tucked between horse farms. Great place to escape for some peaceful relaxation. Easy to get to Versailles/Lexington/Kenneland.
