Nice private little cottage tucked between horse farms. Great place to escape for some peaceful relaxation. Easy to get to Versailles/Lexington/Kenneland.

We loved staying at the farm! It was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for! We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Came to Versailles to attend a funeral. We decided to find an Airbnb so that my sisters and our kids could all be together. It was just a quick trip but the house was perfect for us. It was clean and beautifully decorated. My daughter especially loved the horses and checking them out this morning. The property is gorgeous and we all talked about how great it would be to come back in the warmer months for the pool. The host was wonderful and accommodating. She allowed an earlier check in for us so that we could get in and freshen up before the services since we had traveled all day. Anytime we reached out, she was so responsive and polite. We enjoyed our stay given the circumstances of our trip and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Hill Farm. The home was cozy, comfortable, and incredibly easy to settle into. The beds were especially comfortable — we truly melted into them and slept so well. The house was very clean and thoughtfully cared for, and the location was fantastic. We loved seeing the horses nearby and enjoyed the peaceful setting while still being close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent — friendly, welcoming, and prompt — and we really appreciated being able to check in a little early. We would absolutely recommend Sugar Hill Farm to anyone and would happily stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful area to stay in while visiting HORSE country. It was Exactly what we were looking for.

We had such a nice stay at the Jockey house at Sugar Hill Farm. It was a country setting, but not far from the many fantastic things to do in central Kentucky. The house was comfortable & welcoming, & the setting was Heaven! Horse farms on all sides. Every window in the house has a view of horse farms, with horses in all the pastures, running, playing, & grazing. The sunrises & sunsets were breathtaking! Our hosts were very accommodating & responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The Christmas decorations were an extra special touch. On the morning of our departure, the weather was supposed take a turn for the worse, & our hosts made sure to message that we were welcome to stay past checkout time, if the roads were slick & we were unsure about driving on them. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful space for our group’s retreat weekend. We loved the outdoor fire pit. There was ample living space to be together for meals and relaxing. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests/needs. This property is surrounded by horse farms and is very peaceful. We enjoyed quiet walks and listening to the birds. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and full of southern charm.
